Welcome to HerSpace. Your privacy and security are our absolute priority. This policy outlines how we handle information within our application.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

HerSpace was designed to be a safe and private space. We follow strict guidelines to minimise data collection. The only exception is anonymous analytics data collected via Firebase Analytics, described in section 3 below.

Total Transparency

No Identifier Collection: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any login information.
No Ads: The application does not display advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.
Local Processing: All personal content you enter in the app is stored exclusively in the SQLite database on your own device and is never uploaded to any server.
Anonymous Analytics Only: The sole data collected externally is anonymous usage and crash data via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which cannot be linked to your personal identity.

3. Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

The only form of external data collection performed by the app is through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC. This data is strictly anonymous and is used exclusively to:

Monitor the technical performance of the application.
Identify errors and crashes to improve stability (Crashlytics).
Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the user experience.

What Firebase may collect

Device information: Device model, operating system version, and language settings.
App events: Anonymous events such as app opens, session duration, and screen views.
Crash reports: Stack traces and device state at the time of a crash, without any personal data.
Approximate location: Country/region derived from IP address (IP address itself is not stored).

4. Local Storage

Since the app operates with a local database (SQLite), we do not have access to your personal data, notes, or records made within HerSpace. If you delete the application or clear system data, this information will be permanently removed unless you have performed a manual backup on your own.

5. Security

Although we do not store your data on our servers, we recommend using screen protections (biometrics or password) on your own device to ensure that no one else has access to the app's content on your phone.
