2. Data Collection and Privacy

Astral Klondike was built to be a private, distraction-free space to relax and enjoy solitaire. We do not collect any personal user data. The only exception is anonymous analytics collected via Firebase Analytics, described in section 3 below.

Total Transparency

No Identifier Collection: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any login information. No account is required to play.
No Personal Data: The app does not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or any sensitive device feature.
Local Game State: Your card progress, hints used, undo history, statistics, and preferences live exclusively on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
Anonymous Analytics Only: The sole data collected externally is anonymous usage data via Firebase Analytics, which cannot be linked to your personal identity.

3. Firebase Analytics

The only form of external data collection performed by the app is through Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. This data is strictly anonymous and is used exclusively to:

Monitor the technical performance and stability of the game.
Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the player experience.
Identify which features (hints, undo, visual effects) players enjoy most.

What Firebase may collect

Device information: Device model, operating system version, and language settings.
App events: Anonymous events such as app opens, session duration, and screen views.
Approximate location: Country/region derived from IP address (IP address itself is not stored).

4. Local Storage

Game state, statistics, and settings are stored entirely on your device. We have no access to your gameplay records. If you uninstall the app or clear its system data, this information will be permanently removed from your device.

Astral Klondike is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The game contains no chat features, no user-generated content, and no social interactions.
